Step 1
We start with a brand-new plenum
The plenum is what hooks every vent in your house to your furnace or air handler. Every bit of air your family breathes at home passes through it.
After years of Texas humidity, an old plenum is often damp inside, rusting, patched with tape, and leaking into a hot, dusty attic. Whatever is growing or collecting in there gets blown into every room.
So we don't reuse it. We build a brand-new one to fit your system and seal it tight, and your new system starts with clean metal.

Step 2
Then we add a UV light
A UV light goes inside your system, right where that water collects.
It kills the mold, mildew and bacteria that would grow there, and cleans the air every time it passes by on its way to your vents. The new plenum starts clean; the UV light keeps it clean.
